Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Insurance Broker to join our team in the Northern ON region on a permanent full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell new policies and retain existing business through proactive sales initiatives and exceptional customer service.
  • Quote new business, contact underwriters and adjusters, and prepare documentation for insurers.
  • Process account receivable activities and provide guidance and assistance as requested.
  • Participate in community marketing initiatives and stay up-to-date on underwriting rules and workflow processes.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education required.
  • Relevant sales and customer service experience.
  • Ability to create own sales leads and demonstrate a strong customer focus.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • RIBO license an asset.
