We are Throttle Powersports, a growing powersports dealer group consisting of great brands such as Kawasaki, CFMoto, Argo, & more. We are actively searching for an experienced individual to join our team as a Shop Supervisor. The primary function of this role is to maximize technician performance, and provide general support to the success of the fixed operations department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take scheduled work from the service advisor and distribute to technicians with efficiency in mind.
- Monitor technicians to ensure high productivity, offering assistance and feedback as required.
- Ensure technicians are clocked on repair orders with 100% consistency.
- Work with technicians to ensure shop is clean, organized, safe, and professional.
- Provide a line of communication between technicians and the service advisor regarding work progress, delays, or findings to be communicated with customers.
- Provide general oversite to all fixed operations staff including technicians, lot person, and service advisor.
- Develop a culture of excellence and pride within the department.
- Order and receive parts.

Skills and Experience:

- Experience in automotive, recreation, marine, or leisure dealership fixed operations.
- Strong communicator.
- Demonstrable ability to lead and develop your team.
- Organized.

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Dealership: 5 years (preferred)
- fixed operations: 3 years (preferred)
