Collision Appraiser

We are looking for to add a professional collision appraiser to our team at CSN Almonte

We are looking for someone from the area that is ready to work closer to home and leave the commute into Ottawa behind. You will be working with a great team of professionals, conveniently located in Almonte Industrial Park.

**Responsibilities**:

- Complete collision appraisals and communicate with insurance companies
- Order parts for collision repairs ( in conjunction with our parts department)
- Perform repair planning for collision technicians and submit finals to insurance company for payment
- Schedule collision repairs
- Manage and provide guidance to collision technicians
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Maintain inventory of parts and supplies, ordering as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and customer satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely manner
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control

**Skills**:

- Experience in collision repairs estimating
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems
- Previous experience working in a collision center
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
