**Job description**

We are looking for a service advisor to join our growing team. Must prioritize excellent customer service, response times, and organization. You will provide support and some overlap to the parts advisor and work closely with management.

**What this role exactly entails**:

- Prepare estimates and work orders for customers and technicians.
- Communicate regularly with customers regarding status of repair or parts order.
- Monitoring performance to ensure progress is being made.
- Address customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.
- Ensure high quality service and repairs are provided to customers.
- Submit and complete warranty claims.
- Other service related duties as required.

**Preferred Experience**
- Used and comfortable with Dealer Management Software such as Lightspeed, Reynolds, ADP, etc.
- Opening and closing work orders
- Ordering and receiving parts.
