CWC Immigration Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Surrey. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating strong customer relationships with Canadian employers facing labor shortages in various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange in-person appointments with clients or use video conferencing platforms to discuss their cases.
  • Record and meet all deadlines, timelines, and important milestones in the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system for each client file.
  • Keep clients informed about the status of their case throughout its lifecycle.
  • Communicate with clients to obtain necessary documentation or provide guidance on required changes to previously submitted documentation.
  • Develop action plans tailored to the client's specific needs and situation.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales experience
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of working and operating the CRM and lead management
  • Prior experience dealing with Canadian employers or immigration and recruitment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in recruitment and staffing
  • Existing employer account

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Handsome salary
  • Commission based on experience and employer account

Work Arrangements:

  • Full-time position
  • 40 hours per week
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Additional Information:

  • Flexible language requirement: French not required
  • Additional pay: Commission pay
