Job Summary

As an Office Administrative Assistant with Health Careers in Saskatchewan, you will provide administrative support and coordination of clerical/financial services to various departments and programs. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to department(s) and/or program(s)
  • Coordinate clerical and financial services
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports
  • Communicate effectively with staff, management, and external stakeholders
  • Perform other related duties as required
Requirements
  • One (1) year experience in an office environment
  • Office Administration certificate
  • Intermediate - Keyboarding skills
  • Basic - Accounting skills
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Communication skills
  • Intermediate - Computer skills
Working Conditions

This position is part of Primary Health Care Services and can be assigned to one of the Primary Health Care Networks (Regina). The home base for this position is 204 Wascana Street.
