Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their insurance needs, answering calls and emails, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities- Assist clients with changes, cancellations, and updates to their insurance contracts.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Use a customer-focused review process to educate clients about insurance options.
- Professionalism and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and verbal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate with managers.
- High school diploma.
- 2 years of experience in office work.
- Knowledge of financial documents and computer software.
- Ability to use communication technology and work in a team environment.
