**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Office Representative to join our team. As an Office Representative, you will play a vital role in assisting our clients with their insurance needs, answering calls and emails, and performing various administrative tasks.

**Responsibilities**

* Assist clients with changes, cancellations, and updates to their insurance contracts, ensuring their needs are met effectively and efficiently.

* Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, following up with clients as needed to ensure their satisfaction and retention.

* Use a customer-focused approach to educate clients about insurance options, providing personalized recommendations to meet their unique needs.

**Requirements**

* Professionalism and attention to detail are essential for this role.

* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong communication and verbal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and managers.

* Ability to work as an active and responsible team member, taking orders and prioritizing tasks effectively.

**Qualifications**

* High school diploma required.

* 2 years of experience in office work, preferably in a customer service or operations role.

* Knowledge of financial documents and ability to use computer software and communication technology.

* Experience with customer service and operations is highly desirable.

* Second language is a plus.
