Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Office Representative. This part-time and full-time position will involve assisting clients with their insurance needs, answering calls and emails, and performing various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with changes, cancellations, and updates to their insurance contracts.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-up and communication.
- Use a customer-centric approach to educate clients about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
- Professionalism and attention to detail in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
