Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Office Representative. This part-time and full-time position will be responsible for assisting with various tasks within our insurance office, including answering calls, greeting customers, and performing administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities- Client Support: Assist clients by applying changes, cancellations, and updates to their contracts, ensuring their needs are met effectively and providing education to ensure their complete satisfaction and retention.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain customer relationships, following up with customers as needed to ensure their needs are met.
- Insurance Education: Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options and provide recommendations.
- Professionalism: Demonstrate professionalism and attention to detail in all interactions.
- Communication Skills: Possess strong communication and verbal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and management.
- Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational and prioritization abilities, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Teamwork: Be an active and responsible team member, with the ability to take orders and work collaboratively with others.
- Education: High school diploma required.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in office work, with knowledge of financial documents and computer software.
- Skills: Ability to use communication technology, experience with operations and customer service, and a second language is a plus.
- Hourly and Bonus: Competitive hourly rate and bonus opportunities.
