- Obtain employee and individual information.
- Provide clear explanations of issues and needs.
- Obtain desired geographic location for referral search.
- Provide exceptional customer service in written and verbal interactions.
- Perform research to locate confirmed, matched referrals.
- Perform quality assurance callbacks.
- Contact businesses or private individuals to provide referrals.
- Produce grammatically correct and error-free cover letters and referrals.
- Maintain communication with clients and associated EAPs.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficient in conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize effectively.
