Regional Account Manager

Manage Longo's Deli/Frozen categories, establish/achieve annual volume/price targets, and own Sales of seconds and close to code products.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop annual business plan in support of annual goals and objectives with Longo's;
- Establish new listings and develop category business with Category Managers;
- Effectively manage trade spend to activate and grow sales;
- Develop customer presentations, business reviews and proposals to retain existing business and drive new sales;
- Develop and maintain strategic business relationships within multiple departments;
- Support Field Sales Team as it relates to field sales activity with Longo's;
- Sell seconds and close to code items for maximum achievable price;
- Manage visibility and action plans for SKUs that require immediate attention;
- Work across departments to reduce impact of seconds and close to code sales to Sofina;
- Develop new customers for seconds and close to code items;
- Develop a consolidated inventory report to view all inventory and their respective details to analyze for seconds and close to code items.
- University degree or College Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, or relevant field;
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role;
- Solid knowledge of data analysis, analytical mind with strong attention to detail;
- Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication abilities.
