About the Role

We're seeking a talented Client Service Representative to join our Personal and Business Banking Team. As a key member of our Banking Center, you'll provide exceptional client service, helping clients manage their accounts and products, and connecting them with the right CIBC team members to achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized service.

  • Problem Solving: Listen to client concerns, ask questions, and work collaboratively to resolve issues and find solutions.

  • Leveraging Technology: Stay up-to-date on CIBC's digital banking platforms and tools, helping clients navigate and utilize them to manage their banking needs.
