Client Service Representative

We're seeking a talented and dynamic individual to join our team as a Client Service Representative. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and track sales pipelines to ensure smooth progress through all stages
  • Communicate professionally with customers to foster satisfaction and repeat business
  • Promptly follow up on leads to maximize conversions
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to help customers make informed decisions
  • Regularly review customer accounts, recommending products/services that meet their needs
  • Oversee order status, installations, and contract execution for successful sales
  • Handle customer challenges with empathy and a solution-focused mindset
  • Engage in customer retention initiatives, such as loyalty programs or personalized outreach
  • Stay updated on products and promotions, sharing insights to enhance the customer experience
Requirements:
  • Full-time availability
  • Diploma/Degree in Communications, Business, Advertising, and/or Sales is preferred
  • Ability to commute to our office daily
  • Previous experience in customer service, customer support and/or sales positions is considered an asset
