Job Title: Finance Project Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Project Controller to join our team in Toronto. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing project financials, ensuring compliance with company procedures, and driving continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure accurate financial information and timely project delivery.
  • Develop and implement financial processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to project teams, including training and coaching.
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including financial regulations and standards.
Requirements:
  • Relevant accounting degree and post-graduate qualifications (CPA/CA/CIMA) an advantage.
  • Demonstrated technical, commercial, and delivery acumen.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
  • The ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines.
