Account Management
- Oversee documentation such as floor plans, assortment sheets, order files, and purchase order/account commitment trackers to ensure accuracy.
- Deliver high-level commentary on weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast conversions, identifying risks and opportunities to exceed plan.

Sales and Growth
- Utilize selling skills, consumer insights, negotiation skills, and business acumen to influence and drive sales and account growth.
- Align brand consumers and account strategies to deliver annual financial plans through volume and profitability targets.

Market Intelligence
- Identify, pursue, and deliver new business opportunities with new and existing customers to drive profitable revenue growth.
- Aggressively monitor and quickly respond to market opportunities to identify ways to beat the competition.

Business Acumen
- Present and influence through storytelling and KPIs.
- Thoroughly understand business metrics, including retail math, operational, and inventory KPIs.
