Job Title: Security Lead Hand

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Lead Hand to join our team at Paladin Security. As a Security Lead Hand, you will be responsible for providing proactive and reactive security patrols and response to incidents, as well as investigating routine incidents and responding to emergencies in a quick and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct general tower and parking lot patrols to ensure the safety and security of the general public on the property.
  • Write reports and investigate routine incidents, as well as respond to emergencies in a quick and efficient manner.
  • Provide high customer service and respond to assistance requests from clients and retail clients.
  • Ensure the safety and security of the general public on the property, including assisting with directions and providing information to tenants and the public.
  • Closing the desk down for the evening and returning building equipment to the control center.
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Valid Ontario Security Guard License.
  • Valid First Aid/CPR - Level C certification.
  • Proof of double COVID-19 vaccination.
  • Able to pass a Vulnerable Sector Check.
  • Minimum 3 years security experience required, or 1 year of demonstrated Security Supervision experience.
  • Demonstrates superior customer service skills and able to work independently.
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma.
  • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
