- Seeking a candidate with expertise in building science, particularly in areas such as masonry, windows, waterproofing, and cladding systems.
Responsibilities:
- Lead business development initiatives and project proposals.
- Train junior staff and develop technical procedures.
- Conduct technical studies and evaluations related to building conditions.
- Manage project finances and ensure client satisfaction.
- Required to travel within Ontario for project visits (travel expenses covered).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil, or structural engineering.
