Service Specialist Job Description

At London Drugs Limited, we are seeking a skilled Service Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and support in our General Sales area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide a superior shopping experience
  • Handle customer issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Supervise the front end of the store, including monitoring cashier coverage and maintaining front end supplies
  • Replenish change float and answer calls for customer assistance at the checkouts

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Good interpersonal, motivational, delegation, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to train others and monitor their work habits
  • Ability to cope with stress and pressure in a calm and professional manner

Working Conditions:
