As a Customer Service Associate, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where no two days are the same. You'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing donations, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Process donations, sorting and pricing items for sale
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including receiving and stocking merchandise
* Work collaboratively with fellow team members to achieve sales and customer service goals
