Senior CRM Software Developer

Join our team as a Senior CRM Software Developer and take on a challenging role that requires technical expertise and problem-solving skills. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing CRM applications that meet the needs of our clients.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Translate technical systems specifications into working, tested CRM applications.
  • Develop detailed programming specifications, write and/or generate code, compile data-driven programs, maintain, and conduct unit tests.
  • Resolve and troubleshoot technical problems that arise during the use and operation of software packages.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in programming and analysis, with specialized CRM software package support at the specified experience level.
  • Ability to collaborate with IT Professionals throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Experience in structured methodologies for the development, design, implementation, and maintenance of applications.
  • Experience in design, code, test, debug, and document applications.
  • Experience in the use of object and/or third-generation language development tools.
  • Experience in one or more programming languages.
  • Experience in application design, latest design patterns, deployment, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with relational and hierarchical database technologies.
  • Experience in the use of information retrieval packages using query languages.
  • Experience with one or more communication protocols.
Desirable Skills:
  • Knowledge and experience with programming Internet-ready applications.
  • Knowledge and experience in rapid application development (RAD) methodologies.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Information Management principles, concepts, policies, and practices.
  • Experience with middleware and gateways.
  • Experience reviewing, analyzing, and modifying product installation scripts, including encoding, testing, and debugging.
Knowledge Transfer Requirements:
  • Knowledge transfer is expected to occur throughout the duration of the assignment through regular meetings, touchpoints, and working sessions with LRC staff.
  • All design, development, artifacts, and source code, including all relevant and complete documents, must be transferred to the ministry in the designated repositories provided.
Experience and Skill Set Requirements:
  • Siebel Public Sector 8.x (5+ years) with 2+ year experience with Siebel IP2018+.
  • Siebel data model (3+ years).
  • Siebel OpenUI (2+ years): PM/PR Scripting, Siebel Smart Scripts (3+ years), Siebel e-Services (3+ years), BI Publisher Reports (3+ years).
  • JavaTM Enterprise Edition (J2EE), JavaTM, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML 5, and CSS (2+ years).
  • AODA, WCAG, and Web accessibility.
Methodologies & Documentation:
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Oracle development methodologies, tools, and resources.
  • Demonstrated experience with documentation of technical blueprints, build-books, and procedure manuals.
  • Experience with documenting processes and enhancement build books.
  • Demonstrated ability to research and recommend Oracle tools and techniques that could be leveraged.
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills with a proven track record for building strong working relationships.
  • A demonstrated team player with a track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
