Job Description

Job Summary:

GTT, LLC is seeking an experienced CRM software professional to join our team. As a Senior CRM Software Developer, you will be responsible for translating technical systems specifications into working, tested CRM applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed programming specifications, write and/or generate code, compile data-driven programs, maintain, and conduct unit tests.
  • Resolve and troubleshoot technical problems that arise during the use and operation of software packages.
  • Collaborate with IT professionals throughout the software development life cycle.
  • Design, code, test, debug, and document applications.
  • Use object and/or third-generation language development tools.
  • Develop unit testing scripts to confirm successful installation.
  • Configure picklists and list-of-value (LOV) for multiple organizations and multiple languages.
  • Configure in Siebel IP 20.x.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in solutions and hands-on configuring Siebel Public Sector solutions.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience customizing Siebel Open UI and PM/PR scripting.
  • 3+ years of hands-on development experience with Siebel Smart Scripts.
  • 5+ years of experience developing unit testing scripts.
  • 5+ years of experience configuring picklists and list-of-value (LOV) for multiple organizations and multiple languages.
  • 2+ years experience configuring in Siebel IP 20.x.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Oracle development methodologies, tools, and resources.
  • Demonstrated experience with documentation of technical blueprints, build-books, and procedure manuals.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills with a proven track record for building strong working relationships.
  • A demonstrated team player with a track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge and experience with programming Internet-ready applications.
  • Knowledge and experience in rapid application development (RAD) methodologies.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Information Management principles, concepts, policies, and practices.
  • Experience with middleware and gateways.
  • Experience reviewing, analyzing, and modifying product installation scripts including encoding, testing, debugging.
  • Ability to provide post-implementation support and resolve any post-implementation technical issues.
  • Experience conducting design walkthrough sessions with the project team.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards.
  • Ability to provide user and system documentation as required.

Knowledge Transfer Requirements:

  • Knowledge transfer is expected to occur throughout the duration of the assignment through regular meetings, touchpoints, and working sessions with LRC staff.
  • All design, development, artifacts, and source code, including all relevant and complete documents, must be transferred to the ministry in the designated repositories provided.
  • Dedicated knowledge transfer sessions will be scheduled to ensure completeness of knowledge transfer and all documentation is shared, and allow LRC staff to ask clarification and/or follow-up questions.
