Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CRM Software Developer to join our team at VDart Inc. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing CRM applications using Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power platform, and Azure solution design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development: Translate technical systems specifications into working, tested CRM applications, including developing detailed programming specifications, writing and/or generating code, compiling data-driven programs, maintaining, and conducting unit tests.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve and troubleshoot technical problems that arise during the use and operation of software packages, including general technical skills.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with IT Professionals throughout the Software Development Life Cycle to ensure seamless integration and delivery of CRM applications.
  • Methodologies: Apply structured methodologies for the development, design, implementation, and maintenance of applications, including design, code, test, debug, and document applications.
  • Database Technologies: Utilize relational and hierarchical database technologies, including experience with one or more communications protocols.
  • Information Retrieval: Use information retrieval packages using query languages to retrieve and manipulate data.
  • Team Player: Work as a team player with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, as well as verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on CRM applications.
  • Skills: Experience with Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power platform, and Azure solution design, as well as custom.Web API development, ASP.NET,.Net Core, Entity Framework, Azure SQL, DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines, and other relevant technologies.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Desirable Skills:

  • Programming: Knowledge and experience with programming Internet-ready applications, rapid application development (RAD) methodologies, and information management principles, concepts, policies, and practices.
  • Middleware and Gateways: Experience with middleware and gateways, as well as reviewing, analyzing, and modifying product installation scripts, including encoding, testing, debugging.
  • Accessibility: Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards.
