Position Overview:

This hybrid role requires three (3) days onsite work.

Role Responsibilities:

The Senior Software Developer will be tasked with the following:


• Transform technical specifications into functional applications by crafting detailed programming and User Interface Specifications/Screen Design Documents for approved modifications to support business operations.


• Develop comprehensive functional and technical design documentation for necessary customizations, extensions, and configurations.


• Enhance and clarify designs throughout the software development and implementation phases.


• Create system use cases that align with the standard capabilities of ADX Portal and Dynamics CRM, ensuring support for business operations.


• Configure and customize the portal and/or application by generating code and developing data-driven programs to integrate MS Dynamics CRM with identity provider solutions.


• Write and unit test code, offering expertise in System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing to maintain high software quality.


• Conduct Knowledge Transfer sessions with project team members, showcasing new features and functionalities to various stakeholders.


• Oversee the deployment of code changes across lower-level environments and production.


• Provide expert analysis and hands-on support for Root Cause Analysis of environmental and application issues, troubleshooting technical problems during software operation.


• Deliver Go-live support and conduct post-implementation reviews, regularly updating the project team on progress and problem resolution.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 7-10 years of experience as a Senior Software Developer specializing in CRM.


• Extensive knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) and associated features, including portal technologies like ADX studio.


• Proven track record in developing and implementing comprehensive CRM solutions that meet business objectives.


• Expertise in CRM customization and configuration, including the creation of custom fields, workflows, process automation, and data integration.


• Strong skills in developing custom solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM development tools, such as Custom Workflow Activities, Plugins, Custom Actions, and JavaScript.


• Experience with data migration and transformation within Dynamics CRM, including data import/export and manipulation using tools like Data Loader.
