About the RoleAs an Account Director, you will be responsible for leading the overall effective operation of the project/contract, ensuring the safety and well-being of employees, safeguarding company interests and property, and representing the company with respect to the customer.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day relationship with the client to ensure mutual understanding and satisfaction.
- Contribute to the planning and coordination of all on-site work activities to meet project objectives.
- Provide leadership and direction to staff as defined by contract documents.
- Participate in recruitment, orientation, scheduling, training, and performance management of all staff in accordance with corporate policies and HR procedures.
- Accountable for the contract Performance Assessment Process.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met and facilities are maintained at performance levels that exceed expectations.
- Maintain a high level of training and competency for all staff, ensuring contractors operate at the highest standards and safely.
We are seeking a highly experienced professional with a strong background in managing clients with multiple sites, preferably in the aviation industry.
- Relevant experience in managing clients with multiple sites.
- Background in the aviation industry.
- Familiarity with all facets of multi-function project management.
- PMP certification is an asset, with demonstrated success in large project management, cost estimating, budget planning, and business accounting.
- Experience in an emergency response or military environment is preferred, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Demonstrated knowledge of codes and standards of provincial government health and safety.
