Key Responsibilities

  • Manage event logistics, including table settings, food presentation, and service delivery
  • Lead a team of floor staff, ensuring they are dressed in uniform and providing exceptional guest service
  • Collaborate with event coordinators and hosts to resolve questions and concerns
  • Supervise event execution, including setup, service, and breakdown
  • Manage client relationships, including scheduling, billing, and contract administration
  • Deliver feedback and coaching to banquet team members
  • Provide full room set-ups, including A.V. and bar services
  • Ensure rooms are maintained throughout service
  • Manage bar and liquor orders
  • Manage scheduling and labor costs
  • Handle administrative duties, including invoicing, A/R, contracts, and customer service
