- Previous front of house customer service experience is required.
- Must hold valid Serving It Right certification.
- Previous point of sale system experience is an asset.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Fluent in both official languages is required.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly responsible and reliable.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and overnights.
- Constant standing and walking throughout shift.
- Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30lbs.
- Frequent kneeling, pushing, and pulling.
- Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, and ramps.
- Proven ability to carry three entrée plates or more at one time.
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
