We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, particularly within the electrical or solar industries. This role is instrumental in overseeing the day-to-day operations, executing the company's growth strategy, optimizing processes, work closely with the affiliated companies in cross selling/executing and ensuring the successful implementation of projects from start to finish

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee Daily Operations:
Manage and streamline day-to-day operations, ensuring all activities align with company goals and standarts

Project Coordination:
Lead the execution of residential and commercial solar projects, from initial planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets

Process Optimization:
Identify areas for operational improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity across all departments

Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as the primary liaison between customers, regulatory bodies, funders, internal teams and between the Paradigm group of companies, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifeycle

Team Leadership:
Supervise and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and high performance work environment

Budget Management:
Develop and manage budgets for operational activities and projects, monitoring expenditures and ensuring cost-effectveness

Risk Management:
Identify potential operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the smooth execution of projects

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success and drive continuous improvement. Provide comprehensive reports to the group's CEO and board of directors.

Marketing including Social Media:
Develop and implement marketing strategies, including managing social media channels, to enhance brand visibility, engage with the target audience, and support businss growth

Quaifications:

Education:
Bachelor or Masters degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or in a related field

Experience:
Proven track record in operations management preferably within the electrical or solar industry, with a strong track record of optimizing processes and managing comlex projects

Leadership Skills:
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively, with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

Project Management:
Solid project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within tight deadlines. PMP designation is considered strong asset.

Communication Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and internal teams
