Key Responsibilities:
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage budgets to determine food, ingredient, and supply costs, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
  • Operations Management: Evaluate daily operations, modify food preparation methods and menu prices as needed, and monitor revenues to determine labor costs.
  • Staff Management: Plan and organize daily operations, set staff work schedules, train staff, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address complaints, and negotiate with clients for catering or facility use.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring timely ordering and minimizing waste.

Requirements:

  • Experience in restaurant management or a related field is an asset.
  • Permanent position with 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
