Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Maurya's Enterprises Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Event Management: Manage events and activities to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.
- Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced restaurant environment with 35 to 40 hours of work per week.
- Language: Work in English.
Requirements: A college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, and 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
