About the Opportunity

This role is an integral part of our sales team, responsible for performing a variety of duties related to selling vehicles and providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Selling vehicles to achieve volume and gross profit targets
  • Serving as the liaison between the dealership and the customer during the vehicle purchasing process
  • Creating and delivering compelling sales pitches
  • Actively listening to customers to understand their vehicle needs and wants
  • Presenting and describing vehicle specifications, features, benefits, and pricing
  • Performing vehicle road test-drives with customers to demonstrate the vehicles

About You

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a strong background in sales, including:

  • 1 to 3 years of proven experience as a successful sales professional, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Experience in customer service and the ability to have meaningful conversations
  • Proficiency working with ERP systems (e.g., CDK/Reynolds)
  • Proficiency working with Customer Relationship Management Systems (e.g., OneEighty, DealerTrack)
  • OMVIC license in good standing
  • Driver's License and clean Driver's Abstract
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong ability to communicate confidently and professionally (verbally and written)
  • Strong attention to detail, organized, and strategic
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
  • A desire to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
  • A proven commitment to quality of work
