This role is an integral part of our sales team, responsible for performing a variety of duties related to selling vehicles and providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include:
- Selling vehicles to achieve volume and gross profit targets
- Serving as the liaison between the dealership and the customer during the vehicle purchasing process
- Creating and delivering compelling sales pitches
- Actively listening to customers to understand their vehicle needs and wants
- Presenting and describing vehicle specifications, features, benefits, and pricing
- Performing vehicle road test-drives with customers to demonstrate the vehicles
About You
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a strong background in sales, including:
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience as a successful sales professional, preferably in the automotive industry
- Experience in customer service and the ability to have meaningful conversations
- Proficiency working with ERP systems (e.g., CDK/Reynolds)
- Proficiency working with Customer Relationship Management Systems (e.g., OneEighty, DealerTrack)
- OMVIC license in good standing
- Driver's License and clean Driver's Abstract
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
- Strong ability to communicate confidently and professionally (verbally and written)
- Strong attention to detail, organized, and strategic
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
- A desire to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- A proven commitment to quality of work
