As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling vehicles and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Sell vehicles to achieve volume and gross profit targets
* Act as the liaison between the dealership and the customer during the vehicle purchasing process
* Create and deliver compelling sales pitches
* Listen to customers to understand their vehicle needs and wants
* Present and describe vehicle specifications, features, benefits, and pricing
* Perform vehicle road test-drives with customers to demonstrate the vehicles

Requirements:

* 1-3 years of proven experience as a successful sales professional, preferably in the automotive industry
* Excellent customer service skills and ability to have meaningful conversations
* Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., CDK/Reynolds) and Customer Relationship Management Systems (e.g., OneEighty, DealerTrack)
* OMVIC license in good standing
* Driver's license and clean Driver's Abstract
* Ability to perform basic math calculations
* Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
* Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
* Self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
