Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and staff, with a focus on resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Security Operations: Monitor and respond to security alarms, emergency requests, and other incidents in a timely and effective manner.
  • Site Management: Conduct regular patrols of the facility to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate and detailed reports of security incidents, including suspicious activities and security violations.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with dispatch team and other stakeholders to ensure seamless security operations.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certifications: Current First Aid and CPR certification from a recognized organization.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and customer service skills, ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods of time.
  • Security Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Prior experience working in security and customer service.
  • Language: Excellent English communication skills, including report writing.
