Recherchez un directeur des finances, Perception pour notre équipe grandissante.

Contribuez à la conciliation quotidienne et mensuelle des comptes clients d'Intact Assurance et de belairdirect.

Participez à l'exercice budgétaire annuel pour la perception, y compris l'analyse mensuelle des écarts et la validation des frais.

Supervisez le paiement des commissions aux courtiers, y compris la gestion des comptes bancaires et l'émission de chèques.

Gérez les encaissements dans le grand livre général, y compris celles liées aux transferts entre sociétés, à la reclassification des dépenses et aux transactions des caisses recettes.

Participez à divers projets qui peuvent porter sur des sujets complexes (norme IFRS17, EDW, Contact Perception).

Contribuez à la mise en œuvre de contrôles et au processus d'audit, et assurez la liaison avec les auditeurs internes et externes.

Supervisez d'autres tâches connexes (gestion des paiements de clients liés à la facturation agence, remboursements aux clients, taxes à l'extérieur du Québec).

Dirigez, aidiez et encadrez la gestionnaires d'unité et les employés pour les aider à atteindre leur plein potentiel et assurer une relève adéquate à tous les échelons.

Vous devez avoir :

  • Titre de CPA (obligatoire).
  • Au moins cinq ans d'expérience en comptabilité et normes comptables (IFRS).
  • Au moins cinq ans d'expérience à la tête d'une équipe.
  • Solide connaissance d'Excel (obligatoire).
  • Connaissance du secteur de l'assurance de dommages (un atout).
  • Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite.
  • Capacité à travailler dans un milieu où les choses évoluent rapidement et à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
  • Solides compétences analytiques, connaissances et discipline.
  • Leadership, esprit d'équipe, autonomie et efficacité.
  • Le bilinguisme est requis compte tenu du besoin d'interagir régulièrement avec des collègues anglophones et francophones de partout au pays.
