**Sales Manager, Commercial Accounts**

BigSteelBox is seeking a results-driven leader to drive revenue growth and manage a dynamic team of sales professionals.

**Job Description:**

We are looking for a Sales Manager, Commercial Accounts to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and fostering a culture that embodies our core values of Care, Integrity, Growth, and Excellence.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Champion and exemplify BigSteelBox's core values.
  • Provide regular one-on-one coaching sessions focused on KPI attainment, opportunity management, and personal development.
  • Manage sales activity, sales data, and adoption of tools and platforms.
  • Assist in forecasting, goal setting, and budget management for the team.
  • Drive compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Lead all processes related to hiring, onboarding, coaching, and team development.
  • Collaborate in conflict resolution with customers or staff.
  • Oversee budget reviews and monitor revenue, operational expenditures, and credit card statements.
  • Manage pricing and sales strategies in collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • Develop and finalize sales plans and budgets for each fiscal year in partnership with senior leadership.
  • Ensure timely and accurate commission payments in collaboration with the Finance team.

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration preferred.
  • 5-6 years of proven outside sales and/or sales management experience.
  • Experience managing distributed/remote teams is an asset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other communication tools.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional time management, adaptability, and change management abilities.
  • Excellent networking, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • A collaborative, innovative, and customer-focused approach to leadership.
