Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate restaurant operations
  • Recruit and train staff
  • Determine services and implement operational procedures
  • Set staff work schedules and monitor performance
  • Control inventory and monitor revenues
  • Resolve customer complaints

Requirements:

  • Completion of Secondary School
  • 1-2 years of supervisory work experience
  • Effective interpersonal skills, team player, excellent oral communication, flexibility, client focus
  • Must be able to communicate in English

Work Conditions:

  • Fast-paced environment
  • Work under pressure
  • Tight deadlines
  • Standing for extended periods

Salary: $27.50 hourly for 40 hours
