Job Title: Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Ultimate Wings Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food is prepared to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices for food and other supplies.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that they are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Supervise a team of more than 20 people to ensure that they are working together effectively to achieve our goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and control costs to ensure that we are operating within our budget.
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP education or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is located in an urban area and is open 7 days a week. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
