Restaurant Assistant Manager Job Description

SUSHICO JAPANESE RESTAURANT is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure they meet our high standards of customer service and food quality.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure the best possible prices.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
