About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Claims Analyst to join our Claims Strategy and Transformation team in the West. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in analyzing and resolving property claims, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough reviews of property claims files to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex claims issues.
  • Provide expert analysis and insights to stakeholders, including business leaders and claims professionals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in claims adjusting, with a focus on commercial property.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Post-secondary education preferred.
