Customer Service, Call Centre, and Cargo Agent Opportunity

Pacific Coastal Airlines is seeking a part-time on-call Customer Service, Call Centre, and Cargo Agent to join our team in Williams Lake. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. They will be responsible for responding to phone inquiries, booking and changing flight reservations, and resolving service disruption issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to passengers and respond to phone inquiries
  • Book, change, and cancel flight reservations
  • Resolve service disruption issues and determine alternative flight options
  • Check-in passengers, issue boarding passes, and verify immigration documents
  • Process cargo shipments and execute deplaning and boarding processes
  • Promote company products and services and deliver service standards in accordance with Pacific Coastal Airlines philosophy

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Experience in customer service and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to have difficult conversations
  • Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment and multitask
  • Comfortable using computers and credit/debit machines
  • Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and irregular shifts
