As a Customer Business Associate, you'll be at the forefront of leading all facets of business planning and management to achieve targets across a diverse portfolio of customers, including wholesalers and retail clients. You'll work within our strategies and policies to optimize distribution, display, and promotion, and execute successful seasonal programs. Your mission? Ensuring Ferrero products shine across all banners and drive Ferrero sales, market share, and profitability.

Main Responsibilities:

Business Development

  • Initiate contact with potential new customers in order to grow business
  • Develop strategic relationship with specific customers
  • Develop presentations and communicate to customers the promotion plan in order to achieve objectives and increase business
  • Successfully launch innovation

Forecast and Budget

  • Establish and propose volume expectations for prescribed period; develop and propose budget in order to achieve business results
  • Monitor and effectively maintain forecast for customer portfolio
  • Deduction Management
  • Work closely with Customer Business Managers to ensure indirect forecasting is accurate by providing timely updates and quantities

Retail Execution

  • Develop and communicate sales initiatives to merchandiser team in order to achieve business results

Freshness Management

  • Execute Ferrero freshness policy with specific accounts and maintain budgets
Who we are looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1+ years experience in similar role; CPG environment is a plus
  • Ability to develop and foster strong customer relationships
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and financial literacy skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office software proficiency (Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Attention to detail and ability to organize / prioritize
