This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Chef, working alongside our Chef Manager to create fresh, scratch-made meals for our guests.

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, working closely with the Chef Manager to ensure seamless execution.
  • Prepare, present, design, and serve fresh scratch menus that exceed our guests' expectations.
  • Ensure all food is prepared using strict food safety protocols and in accordance with Dana Hospitality standards.
  • Manage food and labor resources within budgeted guidelines, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Record and report inventory on a regular basis, maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications
  • Passion for culinary excellence and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle last-minute requests with ease.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume, full-service environment.
  • Basic knowledge of financial aspects of business operations.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members.
