About the Role

The Chef will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, working closely with the Chef Manager to produce high-quality, scratch-made meals for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the preparation, presentation, and serving of fresh scratch menus
  • Ensure all foods are prepared using FOODSAFE protocols and in accordance with Dana Hospitality guidelines
  • Manage food and labor resources within budgeted guidelines
  • Record and report inventory on a bi-weekly basis
  • Train and lead kitchen staff to ensure excellent service and quality

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume, full-service environment
  • Strong passion for culinary excellence and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle last-minute requests
  • Basic knowledge of financial aspects of business operations
  • Caring, self-motivated, and able to lead, coach, and drive excellence
