Join our dynamic and growing team as a Bar Team Lead at [Company Name], a leading grain to glass distillery. We're looking for a mature service professional and natural leader to support our team and help us promote our premium spirits.

About the Role
  • Lead the bar team in daily operations, including bartending, maintaining service and operations standards, and creating prep lists.
  • Assist with downtime tasks, make shift cuts, and act as Manager on Duty in the absence of a manager.
  • Support the bar team in collecting and refining recipes for seasonal menus, working alongside the Cocktail Director and Venue Manager.
  • Manage bar inventory and perform weekly ordering.
  • Work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a regular schedule of 4-5 days a week, 35-40 hours per week.
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience as a bartender, working with premium spirits and creating cocktail recipes.
  • Love for quality local products and a passion for collaborative efforts.
  • Well-organized, professional, creative, and personable with excellent leadership skills.
