Product Verification Specialist

**Job Summary:** Test and validate software and hardware for the DreamCatcher Production Suite, collaborating with the development team to ensure seamless product delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough system level testing and validation of software and hardware for the DreamCatcher Production Suite
  • Collaborate with the development team to plan and execute tests throughout the product design cycle
  • Identify and track defects in a project management database, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up
  • Develop and maintain test procedures and conformance forms, contributing to product documentation updates
  • Provide technical support to customers, including problem replication and resolution
  • Maintain and troubleshoot lab testing equipment, ensuring optimal performance

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist with demo preparation and presentation
  • Contribute to product improvement initiatives, identifying and defining enhancements for the product line

Qualifications:

  • Relevant work experience in software validation, quality assurance, hardware validation, or system test engineering
  • Degree or diploma in computer, electrical, or systems engineering, or a related field
  • Experience with data communication networks and associated protocols, such as TCP, UDP, and QoS
  • Knowledge of Linux and familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and/or Testrail
  • Understanding of video and compression principles
  • Experience working with customers and stakeholders
