Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Eyecare Consultant to join our team. As the face of Specsavers, you'll play a vital role in introducing our brand and providing quality and affordable eyecare to our customers. You'll work closely with our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide superb customer service, motivated by uncovering new ways to enhance the optical shopping experience
  • Embrace our unique Specsavers Customer Experience model, prioritizing long-term customer relationships over short-term results
  • Work well under pressure, achieving excellent technical standards and creating WOW moments
  • Offer friendly and outgoing service, providing knowledgeable eyewear suggestions and styling advice
  • Be reliable and flexible, working retail hours that may include some later nights and weekends

Requirements

No experience in optics necessary, but a passion for customer service and a willingness to learn are essential. We'll provide the training and support you need to become a successful Eyecare Consultant.
