As a Care Team Assistant, you will work under the supervision of regulated health professionals to provide direct care to patients, supporting their activities of daily living and reinforcing patient teaching according to established guidelines and the plan of care.

About the Role
  • Provide direct care to patients, including support with activities of daily living and instrumental activities of daily living
  • Reinforce patient and family teaching according to established guidelines and the plan of care
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to provide high-quality patient care
About You
  • Continuing Care Assistant Program certification
  • Provincial Certification with Department of Health and Wellness
  • Current Basic Life Support Certification
  • Effective listening and communication skills
  • Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred
Hours and Compensation
  • Permanent Full-time position; 75 Hours Bi-weekly
  • Shifts include days, nights and weekends
  • $25.70 hourly
