Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Service Representative to join our Global Trade Operations team at BMO. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers across North America and the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and complete Supply Chain Finance transactions in accordance with bank's process standards, ensuring transactions remain within authorized limits.
  • Ensure service level agreements are consistently met and customer service is maintained at a high level.
  • Effectively manage risks associated with day-to-day transactions.
  • Closely review transactions to ensure full compliance with regulations and Bank requirements.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality for both customer and Bank information.
  • Follow security and safeguarding procedures and apply due diligence in accordance with Bank policy.
  • Acquire and maintain a high level of competence and awareness in trade-related matters.
  • Partner with internal business partners to ensure delivery of timely, quality, and efficient processing activities.
  • Demonstrate efficient and effective use of processing systems.
  • Participate in initiatives such as process or system enhancements or new product implementation.
Requirements
  • 1-2 to 3 years of related experience.
  • University degree or related qualifications required.
  • Thorough knowledge of Supply Chain Finance transactions, including knowledge and understanding of various types of program structures.
  • Proven accuracy with alphanumeric data entry and strong organizational skills.
  • Sound technical competency in all aspects of accounting, reconciliation, and auditing procedures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions

May be required to work on statutory holidays and within differing time zones as dictated by the business.

Compensation

$69,500.00 per year, salaried position with potential for performance-based incentives and discretionary bonuses.
