About the Role:

AGF Investments is seeking an experienced Senior Client Service Representative to join our team. As a champion of delivering exceptional customer service, you will be the primary contact for advisors and investors, providing insight and solutions for account, transactional, procedural, and product queries.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level support to advisors and investors, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of their queries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer requests and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of AGF Investments' products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and complete information to customers.
  • Participate in building a supportive team environment that fosters positivity and engagement.
  • Work rotating shifts, Monday to Friday, to ensure 24/7 customer support.

Your Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education and completion of the Canadian Securities Course and/or applicable IFIC courses.
  • 3+ years of experience in a contact centre role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and written skills, combined with a genuine desire to serve customers.
  • Ability to problem-solve and work well under pressure.
  • Self-starter with a passion for delivering great customer service and a desire to be part of a successful team.
