Shangri-La Hotel Vancouver is seeking a skilled and dedicated Banquet & In-Room Dining Server to join our team on an on-call basis. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences in our banquet spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and execute banquet event orders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare and set up banquet rooms, including tables, chairs, and stations, to meet guest expectations.
  • Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient service delivery and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in banquet or food service is required.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, is required.
  • Current Serving it Right and Food Safe Level 1 certification is necessary.
